I've had a camera in my hand for as long as I can remember. Family portraits, trips, gym videos with my friends. If it mattered to someone, I wanted to shoot it right.
The real estate side started as a hobby my fiancée and I still keep: we tour homes for fun. We spend weekends walking open houses, picturing the one we'll own someday. And every time, I'd catch myself thinking the listing photos didn't do the home justice. Eventually it clicked: this is the work I was meant to do.

How fast will I get my photos?
Photos, virtual twilight, and virtual staging edits are delivered within 48 hours. The $50 24-hour Rush can cover HDR photos, virtual twilight, virtual staging, floor plans, Zillow 3D, and interactive floor plans when confirmed in advance. Film and Reel are excluded from Rush. They normally return within 24 to 72 hours, and Zillow 3D usually goes live the same day, subject to platform processing.
What areas do you serve?
All of Ellis County, including Waxahachie, Midlothian, Red Oak, and Ovilla. Nearby cities just outside the county are welcome too, with a flat $25 travel fee.
How do I book and pay?
Booking runs through Spiro. You lock in your shoot, then once your gallery is ready you settle up to unlock and download the full-resolution photos.
How many photos are included?
Packages include 25 to 35 finished HDR photos, chosen to tell the full story of the home. Larger or custom listings are quoted separately.
What if the sky is grey on shoot day?
Blue sky and lawn enhancement are included when appropriate, so the finished photos stay natural and polished without promising an edit that does not fit the scene.
What is the difference between the Film and the Reel?
The Cinematic Home Film is horizontal 4K, 60 to 90 seconds, made for the MLS and the property website. The Social Reel is vertical, 30 to 45 seconds, made for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Together they are $250 instead of $300 apart, and both are included in Full Showcase. Zillow 3D is not video, it is an interactive walkthrough buyers steer themselves, and the agent on-camera intro is an add-on that attaches to a Film or a Reel.
How should I prepare the home?
Clean and declutter, turn on every light, open the blinds, and tuck away cars and personal items. A little prep goes a long way in the final photos.
